Five Minutes a Day

Build Confidence & Consistency

Foster Forward is a daily system that teaches young people how to set goals, stay focused through adversity, and hold themselves accountable on and off the court.

Grow. Believe. Push Forward.

Built by a Division I athlete and professional basketball player. For every young person and the family behind them who has goals and wants to build the habits and mindset to achieve them.

Who It's For

Middle School

Grades 5–8

Start early. Build the habits that create confident, focused young people.

High School

The recruiting process. The lineup changes. The comparison. Foster Forward gives young people the mental tools to stay in their process through challenges.

College & Young Adults

The structure disappears after high school. Foster Forward teaches young people how to build their own — so they stay consistent when nobody is holding them accountable.

I Built This Because I Lived It.

Coaches yelling. Late Bloomer. Lineup changes. Injuries. Coaching changes. Balancing practice, games, grueling workouts, and school.

You name it I’ve been through it.

Nobody prepares you or your family for these moments.

Foster Forward exists because of them.

The Foster Forward System — Built on Three Truths

01

Your Thoughts Shape Your Life

You believe what you tell yourself. Good or bad. What you tell yourself is who you become.

02

Consistency Over Motivation

Motivation comes and goes. Process stays. Building consistency through process is what helps you overcome challenges, stay focused, and achieve your goals.

03

Free Time Isn't Free

What you do with your time every day builds your habits. Your habits build your future. Free time isn’t empty time it’s where who you become is decided.

The Player's Playbook for Life

Five prompts. Five minutes. Every day. Always starting with gratitude.

The Foster Forward Journal is the daily practice tool that turns the three pillars into a habit.

It helps young people see what they’re thinking, see what they’re choosing, and make one promise to themselves about who they want to be tomorrow.

You can’t change what you don’t see. The journal helps you see it.

For Parents The Forward Series

You drive them to practice. You show up to every game. But there are moments after a mistake, when they won’t take feedback, when they don’t want to do the work where you don’t know what to say.

The Forward Series gives you the conversation guide for those moments. Four tools. Free.

The Choice Challenge

An interactive mindset experience for young people ages 10–14.

Five stations. Real scenarios. Real choices.

The Choice Challenge places students inside five real-life scenarios the kind they face every day in school, on the court, at home, and online. At each station they explore how they would naturally respond. Then they discover how to choose differently.

This is not a lecture. It is a hands-on experience that builds the decision-making skills young people need to navigate life’s hardest moments.
